It was not approved.

If you feel that your credit card payment should have been approved please contact your credit card company and tell them that you were trying to make an on-line purchase with Web-Tokens.com and it was not approved/authorized. They will be able to tell you exactly why it was not approved. In many cases your credit card company blocked the transaction waiting for you to call them and provide them a verbal authorization. Once they cleared your account for a charge by Web-Tokens.com you will need to place your order again.

You won’t be double charged, I promise and if you do somehow get double charged I’ll refund the second charge. You will just have to email me and let me know.
